DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
LOCATION:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA degree with 10-15 years of related work experience
- Passion for luxury brands and our social mission a must
- Experience in DTC online strategy with a high-growth, luxury brand
- Experience with Shopify and managing front end developers
- Experience managing digital ad spend and digital agencies
- Experience with lifecycle marketing and customer retention
- Excellent written & oral communication skills; command for “brand voice” and brand positioning
- Extremely detail oriented; ability to multi-task & meet shifting deadlines
- Demonstrated ownership and problem-solving skills
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves & take on any task to keep our wheels moving—that’s what we all do, and what makes startups amazing
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee strategy for lifecycle marketing, customer retention, and paid acquisition with a lens to both brand and data-driven results
- Deploying performance marketing resources, internal and external, to manage and execute digital marketing budget while maintaining target ROAS (channels include but are not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, affiliate)
- Optimizing marketing channel mix to maximize ROAS and new customer acquisition
- Contribute to catalog strategy and coordinate catalog marketing with digital experience
- Drive online KPIs and manage analytics
- Oversee continuous UX optimization
- Own web experience, including website merchandising, product maintenance, and brand storytelling
- Oversee content marketing team to drive brand engagement
RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE (PART-TIME)

- Minimum 0-2 years of related work experience

- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Extremely detail oriented; ability to multi-task & meet shifting deadlines
- Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills
- Interest in socially responsible business
- Positive, can-do attitude and a smile for everyone

- Interest or experience in product, art & interior design is a definite plus
- Microsoft Office, Mac & PC proficient
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Curating relationships with customers.
- Maintaining a luxury level of customer service for each client and each transaction.
- Representing the St. Frank brand; highlight product stories, processes and provenances in thoughtful, articulate customer communication.
- Advising clients with product suggestions to bring the St Frank aesthetic into their homes.
- Managing in-store inventory of product and supplies.
