RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the strategy and execution of content marketing for the website; developing and overseeing other marketing-related collateral & activities
- Contribute to strategy for lifecycle marketing, customer retention, and paid acquisition with a lens to both brand and data-driven results
- Create written content and oversee visual content creation for user engagement and brand development, including website copy, blog posts, advertisements, and email marketing
- Manage organic social media channels
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand shifts in calendar and strategies based on inventory or business performance and adjust accordingly
- Analyze post-mortem reports on each marketing campaign to measure success, iterate, and optimize

PRODUCT DESIGN + DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
LOCATION:
New York, NY
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA degree in textile design, product design, or related field with 0-2+ years of related work experience
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi-task & meet shifting deadlines
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with textile repeat work a plus
- Demonstrated ownership and problem-solving skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working closely with the Senior Manager, Product Development & Creative Director to assist with design work and renderings for new product introductions across home decor categories, including textiles & bedding, tabletop, decorative accessories, & gifts.
- Preparing spec sheets and QC guideline documents for all new product introductions.
- Updating product development tracker on a weekly basis.
- QCing reorders of current programs and assist with processing vintage collections.
- Organizing and maintaining product sample inventory.
- Coordinate product photography and managing logistics for catalog photoshoots.

- BS/BA degree with at 8-10 years of Merchandising or Buying experience Experience in home strongly preferred
- Advanced in Excel with strong quantitative skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented, both with physical products/processes and in regards to multitasking and managing multiple deadlines/projects

- Some experience working cross-culturally to motivate vendors and teams

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing open to buy to hit revenue goals while adhering to finished goods and raw material budget
- Forecasting demand at the SKU and location level using internal and external planning tools
- Creating merchandising strategy and partnering with product design + development team to execute product vision
- Placing PO's to meet forecasted demand using in depth knowledge of partner lead times and requirements
- Collaborating with Production to land PO's in a timely manner and cost efficiently
- Collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team to manage inventory movement, communicate production status, and meet product release deadlines
- Building, strengthening, and maintaining artisan & local vendor relations, in collaboration with the product development team
