BUYING + OPERATIONS SENIOR ASSOCIATE
LOCATION:
New York, NY; in-office 3 days/week
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA degree with at 2-4 years of Operations or Buying experience
- Experience in retail strongly preferred
- Passion for operations + logistics and for getting things done the most efficient way possible
- Highly organized and detail oriented, both with physical products + processes and in regards to managing multiple deadlines + projects
- Excellent collaboration and written/oral communication skills
- Some experience working cross-culturally to motivate vendors and teams
- Passion for the St. Frank product, brand, and customer experience
- Interest in design & socially responsible business
- Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and communicate PO’s on behalf of the Director of Buying + Planning for both re-orders and new developments
- Lead communication with suppliers and warehouse post PO placement to ensure timely shipping, delivery, and check-in; proactively communicate issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Support new product development by coordinating photo samples and communicating QC requirements to the warehouse team
- Create and maintain product listings, including SKU codes, UPC codes, retail pricing, and costing, in all back-end systems and the master line list
- Manage all inbound shipping and logistics to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of samples and production
- Partner with design + marketing to bring in and return inventory for monthly photoshoots in a timely and cost effective manner
- Monitor stock outs and manage pre-order inventory as relevant, communicating with buying, marketing, CX/stores, and marketplace partners
- Manage weekly inventory levels of stores to meet target assortment profile
- Manage stock levels and reordering of fabric and wallpaper swatches
RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE (PART-TIME)
LOCATION:
San Francisco, CA
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 0-2 years of related work experience
- A "people person" who connects easily with others
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Extremely detail oriented; ability to multi-task & meet shifting deadlines
- Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills
- Interest in socially responsible business
- Positive, can-do attitude and a smile for everyone
- Willing to roll up your sleeves & take on any task to keep our wheels moving--that's what we all do, and what makes startups amazing
- Interest or experience in product, art & interior design is a definite plus
- Microsoft Office, Mac & PC proficient
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Curating relationships with customers.
- Maintaining a luxury level of customer service for each client and each transaction.
- Representing the St. Frank brand; highlight product stories, processes and provenances in thoughtful, articulate customer communication.
- Advising clients with product suggestions to bring the St Frank aesthetic into their homes.
- Managing in-store inventory of product and supplies.
